GoFeast. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“GoFeast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) own and operate:

Technology platforms
Online and mobile services (including our Mobile Applications)
These platforms collectively are referred to as the “Sites.”
Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a contract between you and GoFeast. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Sites.
By accessing or using the Sites, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked “I Agree”, you agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
As used in this Agreement, “you” refers to any visitor, user, or person who accesses our Sites, whether or not such person has registered for an account.
Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by GoFeast, the Sites are available solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Please review this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
All disputes with GoFeast must be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
You and GoFeast waive the right to a trial in court.
You waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding against GoFeast.
By entering this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have:

About GoFeast
What We Do
GoFeast connects consumers with local restaurants and stores.
Through our Sites, you can:
Order cooked food
Purchase grocery items
Buy meat for delivery from partner vendors where GoFeast services are available.
What We Are Not
GoFeast is not a restaurant, store, or food preparation entity.
The partner restaurants and stores listed on our Sites operate independently of GoFeast.
Compliance and Responsibility
All partner stores and restaurants are required to comply with:
Federal, state, and local laws
Rules and regulations
Standards pertaining to:
1. Liability Disclaimer
GoFeast is not liable or responsible for the food preparation, safety, or compliance of any store, restaurant, or food provider listed on our platform. We do not verify their adherence to applicable laws or guarantee the quality of the food or services they provide, including in cases where they handle deliveries themselves or via third-party delivery services.
GoFeast does not independently verify any claims or representations made by stores, including menu descriptions, disclosures, or store-level information.
2. Delivery Services
Some deliveries are fulfilled by GoFeast’s network of independent delivery partners (DPs).
All DPs must comply with federal, provincial, and local laws, traffic regulations, and insurance requirements.
GoFeast shall not be liable for any actions, errors, or misrepresentations by DPs or their subcontractors.
3. Account Creation and Usage
You may create only one personal account on each GoFeast site (“Account”).
By using our site and services, you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
Keep your personal details updated to maintain accuracy.
GoFeast may allow purchases without logging into an account. In such cases, we may create an account using the transaction details (e.g., name, phone, email).
3.1 Age Restrictions
If you are under 18, you must have permission and direct supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
GoFeast is not available to users under the age of 13.
3.2 Business Use
If you use GoFeast on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Immediately notify GoFeast of any unauthorized use or security breach.
GoFeast is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account or password.
4. Payments and Credit Policy
Some services require payment. By making a payment, you agree that:
Payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by GoFeast.
GoFeast may offer credits or refunds at its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify prices, fees, and surcharges at any time.
GoFeast may pre-authorize credit cards to verify validity.
Invoices for corporate accounts must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay allows GoFeast to charge your saved payment method unless prohibited by law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, images, videos, graphics, software, and other content (“Materials”) on GoFeast are owned or licensed by us and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.1 License to You
GoFeast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any Materials without written permission.
5.2 Trademarks
All logos, trade names, and trademarks, including “GoFeast” and related marks, are proprietary to GoFeast.
6. User Content and Conduct
6.1 User Conduct
By using GoFeast, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws.
Avoid unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks.
Not harass or threaten GoFeast employees or partners.
Not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
6.2 Content Submission
By submitting reviews, ratings, or other user content, you:
Represent that you own or have rights to the content.
Grant GoFeast a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
7. Interactive Areas
GoFeast may offer features like reviews, ratings, and saved favorites.
Any content you submit:
Must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe on third-party rights.
May be publicly visible on the site.
Is your sole responsibility.
GoFeast reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.
8. Termination of Account
GoFeast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Any promotional credits or offers may be forfeited upon termination.
9. Disclaimer
You use GoFeast at your own risk.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of services, food quality, or delivery performance.
Civility & User Conduct
We do our best to encourage civility and discourage disruptive communication on the Sites.
We may monitor any and all use of the Sites, but are under no obligation to do so.
We may manage the Sites to:
Protect our property and rights
Facilitate proper functioning of the Sites
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that:
Violates our standards
Interferes with others' enjoyment
Is inappropriate in our judgment
GoFeast will cooperate with authorities as required by applicable law.
Ratings & Reviews
Ratings and Reviews are User Content and governed by this Agreement.
They are not endorsed by GoFeast.
We assume no liability for them.
Any Rating or Review that may diminish the integrity of our system may be removed without notice.

Mobile Applications
We may provide apps to access our services.
You must use a compatible device.
Data charges may apply.
GoFeast grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
Using the app means you consent to automatic updates.
Disclaimer
The Sites, Materials, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
GoFeast disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You assume full responsibility for use of the Sites.
Limitation of Liability
GoFeast shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or reputation
Personal injury or property damage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GoFeast or a partner store.
Third-Party Links
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
We may discontinue links at any time.
Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sites.
We may block access from accounts, devices, or IPs.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Sites.
Claims must be filed within one year.
Dispute Resolution
If any part of this section is unenforceable, the entire section is void.
This section survives termination.
1.1 Changes to the Dispute Resolution Section
We may modify this section.
Changes do not apply to earlier disputes.
Continued use means acceptance.

Waiver and Severability
Any waiver must be in writing.
If any part is void, it will be replaced with the closest valid term.
If class action waiver is unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, amendments, and additional agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and GoFeast.

Maximum Credit Usage: Up to 10% of subtotal per order.
Multiple Orders: Allowed to redeem remaining balance.
No Expiration: Valid for lifetime once activated.
Payment Option: Must select Virtual Card at checkout.
Rewards & Cashback: Can be added to your Virtual Card.
